* Hotel Policies *

** Front desk reservations: Open from 9:00am until 8:00pm **
** Check in start from 2:00pm Until 7:00pm at the latest **
** Check out time:12:00pm including Saturdays-Public and religious Holidays,
** Late Check out until 5:00pm including Saturdays- Public & Religious Holidays an additional 50% of the room rate will be required however, any check out after 5:00pm the full amount of the room rate will be required.**
** Maximum occupancy is 1-2 adults per room. **
** Subject to prior approval any adult children or any additional 3rd person wishing to stay in the same room, an extra 50% of the room rate will be required and any request for extra bed must be requested in advance and be confirmed by the hotel staff.**
* Pets are not allowed.*
* No food in the rooms.*
* No babies.*
* Adult children only.*
* Our rooms are non smoking.
* The Dollars prices for our rooms rates are valid for holders of foreign passports only and are for one night stay and valid for the number of 1 or 2 guests per room only, they include breakfast and do not include any other costs or charges our guest may choose to incur during they’re stay.**

** To book our premises for any special event/s or functions, a 50% non refundable deposit is required and cancellation must be submitted in writing 25 days prior to arrival. However, in case of any late cancellation or no show the full amount of the event or function will be charged.**
** Palacio Domain reserves the right to refuse our accommodations to anyone of our choosing and to cancel any prior reservation/s if they do not comply with our policies.
** We reserve the right to pr-authorize credit cards payment for any booking reservations and for any events prior to arrival.**
* The room’s rates can be changed without any prior notice.
* Note: Our deluxe rooms and suites are situated on the penthouse floor (one floor up without elevator) and are not suitable to accommodate the handicapped. *

** Cancellation Policies **
** Due to our limited rooms accommodations the cancellation policies are as follow:**

** If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.**
** In case of no-show or late cancellation the total price of the reservation will be charged.**
** Cancellation made during any Holidays must be submitted in writing 20 days prior to arrival otherwise the full amount of the booking will be charged.**
** Reservations for any private and special events, 50% nonrefundable deposit of the total event cost will be required, and any cancellation must be made 25 days prior to arrival otherwise the full amount of the event will be required.**
