ביטולים ותנאי המלון

*שעת היציאה הינה 10:00-12:00: כולל שבתות וחגים*
*המעוניינים בשעת יציאה יתר על כן, שעת יציאה מאוחרת לאחר השעה יחוייבו במלוא המחיר. *
*עם זאת, בכפוף לאישור מראש על ידי אנשי הצוות, כל אדם שלישי המבקש ללון באותו חדר יחויב בשיעור של 50% נוספים ממחיר החדר*
*חיות:אסורה הכניסה לחיות*
*אסורה הכנסת אוכל לחדרים*.
*העישון בחדרים אסור*.

*מחירי הדולרים עבור חדרי המלון הינם אך ורק עבור בעלי דרכונים זרים.
המחירים בשקלים הם עבור אזרחי ישראל.*

מדיניות ביטולים:

1.אם ביטלת בכתב עד 14 ימים לפני מועד ההגעה לא יחויב דמי עמלה.

2.אם ביטלת מאוחר יותר או לא הגעת, כל מחיר ההזמנה יחויב.

3. הזמנות לארועים פרטיים - ידרש פיקדון של 50% מסך האירוע אשר לא יוחזר בעת ביטול, כל ביטול יש לבצע 30 ימים לפני מועד ההגעה אחרת יחוייב הסכום המלא של ההזמנה.

4. ביטולים עבור תקופת החגים יבוצעו 20 ימים לפני מועד ההגעה, אחרת יחוייב מלוא סכום ההזמנה.

5. הזמנות עבור תקופת החגים מינימום שני לילות.

6. פלסיו דומיין שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לסרב להזמנות \ ביטול הזמנה , אם הינן נוגדות את המדיניות שלנו. יתרה מזאת, אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לחייב מראש כרטיסי אשראי עבור כל הסתייגות מההזמנה או ביטול מאוחר.

7. לא יבוצעו הזמנות ללא פרטי כרטיס אשראי תקף וכל המידע הנדרש.

* Front desk reservations: Open from 9:00am -8:00pm *
** Check in 3:00pm until 5:00pm at the latest **
* Check out time from:10am - 12:00pm including Saturdays & Public Holydays.
* Late check out 50% of the room rate will be required *
* No pets.
* No food in the rooms.
* Adults children only.
* Our rooms are non smoking.
* The Dollar prices are for holders of foreign passports only they are for one night stay and are valid for the number of 1 or 2 guests per room only, they include breakfast and taxes and they do not include any other costs or charges our guest may choose to incur during they’re stay.
* Subject to prior approval by Palacio staff, any additional 3rd person wishing to stay in the same room, an extra 50% of the room rate is required.*
* Reservations made without a valid credit card details and required information as per our policies will not be acceptable or confirmed.
* We reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards payment for reservations or events prior to arrival.
* We reserve the right to refuse our accommodations and premises to anyone of our choosing and to cancel any prior reservation/s if they do not comply with our policies.
* Booking reservations for the following holidays require a minimum stay of 2 nights,
* Passover - from : April 6 to April 13/2012
* Rosh Hashana - from September 16/ to September 18/2012
* Succot - from September 30 to October 08 /2012
* Chanukah - from December 09 to December 16/ 2012
* Booking reservations for any special events, 50% non refundable deposit of the event cost is required at the time of the booking.
* Palacio Domain Hotel & Restaurant are available for private & Exclusive events.

Cancellation policies
* Due to our limited room accommodations *
1. If cancelled in writing 14 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged.
2. If cancelled latter or no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
3. Cancellation made during any Holidays must be submitted in writting 20 days prior to arrival otherwise the full amount of the booking will be required.
4. Reservations for private and special events, 50% non refundable deposit of the total event cost will be required,and any cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival otherwise the full amount of the event will be charged.
