Desk reservations:Open from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm
Check in from:2:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the latest
Checkout: Until 12:00 pm including Saturdays-
Public & Religious Holidays, however, if late
checkout is requested until Motse Shabbat and
holidays and if it is available, an additional 30%
of the room/s rates will be required.
The rooms occupancy is for 1-2 adults per room.
Pets & Animals are not allowed in our premises.
Adult children only.
Our rooms are non smoking.
Note :We do not accept any booking sites
reservation rates if they do not
comply with our prices posted in our website.
Most booking sites rates are usually false & Misleading
and do NOT include 17% VAT taxes that
all Israeli Citizens need to pay.
Our hotel listed rates are the ONLY genuine.
Access to the rooms and in all our premises are
for registered guests only. Guests are responsible
for replacement value for any broken items.
The Dollars prices for our accommodations are
valid for holders of foreign passports
only and are for one night stay and
for the number of 1 or 2 guests per room,
they include breakfast and do not
include any other charges guests
may choose to incur during their stay.
We reserve the right to pr-authorize
and charge credit cards payment for any
booking reservations prior to arrival.
Note: Our rooms are situated on the
penthouse floor one floor up
without elevator and are not suitable
for the Handicappers.
A valid credit card is required at the time
of booking and any reservations made
without a valid credit card details and
required information as per our policies
will not be acceptable nor confirmed.
We reserves the right to refuse
our accommodations to anyone of our
choosing and to cancel any prior reservation/s
if they do not comply with our hotel policies.
Cancellation must be submitted
in writing 14 days prior to arrival, however, late
cancellation or no-show the amount of
the booking reservation will be charged.
Booking policies for Week end & Holidays
for the Rooms & Private residence houses
To secure any reservations during
the Week ends & Holidays for our
rooms and for the private houses a
non-refundable 30% deposit
of the total booking amount
is required at the time
of booking by a valid credit card.
Cancellation need to be submitted
in writing 14 days prior to arrival,
however, late cancellation or no-show
the amount of the booking reservation
will be charged.
The private houses occupancy is for the ideal number of 5 -7
individuals per house & Minimum of 2 nights stay is required.
Note: For the private houses, we do not provide food,
beverages and daily cleaning services during the guests stay,
it is the sole responsibility of the guests to acquire their
own food and drinks and to take care of the cleaning maintenance
during their stay in the premises, however, if requested
we can provide a cleaning person and the guests will pay
that person directly for his or her services.
Palacio Domain will not be held responsible for liability,
injuries or accidents of any kind during the guests stay
in our premises, it is the sole responsibility of all guests
to use their personal coverage's
as well as securing their personal belongings.
Guests are held responsible for replacement values for
any damages and for any broken items during their stay in
our premises and it is the responsibility of the guests to make
sure that the premises are in good order at the time
of checkout otherwise additional fees might be applied.
Reservations for the following holidays & Events
a minimum of 2 nights stay will be required.
